1. Who We Are...
Thinkers for Christ is a program run by the Coptic Orthodox Christian Center (COCC) volunteers. The program has been established in 2016 and has helped hundreds of children and youth to develop critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology and innovation. Through hands-on projects, summer camps, and workshops, we aim to empower the next generation of Christian thinkers and creators.
2. Our Mission...
Thinkers for Christ has a multifaceted mission to equip young minds with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a technology-driven world while grounding them in Christian values. Our key objectives include:
- Converting young minds from passive technology consumers into active, critical thinkers
- Transforming gaming enthusiasts into innovative content creators and developers
- Empowering children with practical problem-solving skills through hands-on technology projects
- Introducing youth to advanced technological fields including robotics and artificial intelligence
- Developing independent learners capable of mastering new technologies autonomously
- Exploring Christian faith through systematic apologetics, covering science, philosophy, theology, and addressing fundamental questions of belief
